Welcome to Komi Trade ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Chrome browser extension and related services for Solana cryptocurrency trading (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • You are not located in any restricted jurisdiction

3. Account and Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your device free from viruses or malware that could attack your browser's storage
  • All activities that occur through your connected wallets
  • Safeguarding your browser extension access

Important: While our third-party vendor (Privy, Inc.) safely stores your wallet's private key, we do not have access to it. To execute trades from the Chrome Extension, your wallet is safely retrieved from Privy, Inc. and encrypted following best practices to protect your private key. For maximum security, please secure your wallet with a password during sign-up.

4. Use of Services

4.1 Non-Custodial Nature

Komi is fully non-custodial. We never hold, custody, or control your digital assets. All transactions are executed directly on the Solana blockchain, and your wallet's custody is delegated to Privy, Inc., following security best practices. When using the Chrome Extension, your private key is securely stored on your device.

5. Fees and Rewards

5.1 Service Fees

We charge a 1% fee on buy and sell transactions. Additional network fees may apply.

5.2 Referral Program

Our referral program offers revenue sharing opportunities. Program terms may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws
  • Use the Services for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services are owned by Komi Trade or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Risk Warnings

8.1 "AS IS" Basis

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including:

  • High volatility and potential total loss
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities
  • Network congestion and failed transactions
  • Regulatory changes

8.3 No Financial Advice

We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. All information is for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for losses due to third-party services, market volatility, or user error
